Kyle Richards is seemingly calling a truce with Jeff Lewis after he called her a “lesbian on Ozempic.”
The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star posted a photo of white orchids sent from Lewis to her Instagram Story Sunday, writing, “Thank you @jljefflewis 🙏🏼❤️.”
The Bravolebrity’s apparent white flag comes nearly a week after the “Flipping Out” star joked about Richards’ rumored relationship with country singer Morgan Wade and claims that she has used Ozempic to lose weight.
“Kyle and I are friends and … she didn’t tell me she’s a lesbian on Ozempic,” Lewis quipped on “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen” Tuesday night.
Two days after the Sirius XM host’s remark, Richards, 54, shared that she was taking some space from Lewis.
“I’m not not talking to Jeff Lewis, I just don’t feel like responding to Jeff Lewis right now, to be honest with you,” she said on Amazon Live Thursday.
“I’m just tired of it. I’m at my wit’s end with all of the stories about me out there and I just want everyone to be quiet.”
Lewis, 53, expressed remorse for offending Richards with his comment.
“I was simply poking fun at these ridiculous rumors that have been circulating about my friend Kyle,” he told us Thursday. “I never expected anyone to take this seriously and have apologized publicly and privately.”
He added, “If I could say one thing to Kyle; please text me back.”
Richards’ life has been under a microscope since news broke in July that she and husband Mauricio Umansky were splitting up after 27 years of marriage.
A source told People at the time that the two were still “living under the same roof” but had been separated “for a while now.”
“They remain amicable as they figure out what’s next for them and their family,” the insider added.
However, since “RHOBH” cameras have started rolling to capture the fallout, the estranged couple has put on a united front and have shared support for each other on social media.
Soon after the split, rumors began flying that Richards was dating musician Morgan Wade.
Last week, the reality TV star continued to fan the flames by appearing in the singer’s steamy music video, which showed the two nearly kissing.
In a behind-the-scenes look at the music video, Wade said, “You see people being obsessed with us being friends and why we’re friends, but we thought it would be a good idea kind of to … troll the trolls a little bit.”
Richards has also maintained that she and Wade, 28, are just “very good friends.”
In addition to speculation about her love life, Richards has also faced accusations that she used the diabetes-turned-weight-loss drug Ozempic after revealing a slimmer frame in January.
Earlier, she has said that her alcohol free lifestyle is the reason behind weight loss.
“After gaining weight during the summer — on July 15 — after getting off the boat I said, ‘That is it. I’m not having any sugar, any carbs, any alcohol,’” she told fellow “Housewives” Teddi Mellencamp and Tamra Judge during a January episode of the “Two Ts In A Pod” podcast.
