Scarlett Johansson’s Love HistoryScarlett Johansson’s Love History

Scarlett Johansson’s Love History ~ The first kid of Scarlett Johansson and Saturday Night Live Weekend Update host Colin Jost was born in August 2021. The pair are happily married. But before meeting the guy she called “the love of my life” on the NBC late-night program, she had a highly active love life that included some of Hollywood’s sexiest hunks.

Scarlett had been married twice before meeting Colin. After dating Ryan Reynolds for a year, she wed him on September 27, 2008, in a private wedding in Tofino, British Columbia. All information and images from the event were kept confidential.

The gorgeous actress and the Deadpool hunk were famously secretive, appearing in few photos together and never bringing up their relationship in interviews. In 2010, the couple made their separation public, and the divorce was granted the following year.

When Scarlett made a rare mention of their relationship in an Elle U.K. interview from 2013, she didn’t even use Ryan’s name. She told the magazine, “I mean, the first time I got married, I was 23.” “I didn’t truly grasp what marriage was. I’m curious whether I romanticized it in any way.

Scarlett said in the same interview that she didn’t believe one needed marriage to be in a healthy relationship. I never considered getting married. Is that strange? When people question me about it is the only time I ever give it any thought. I genuinely don’t care about it. Right now, it’s irrelevant to me. It’s unimportant to me since I don’t want to have children soon; I’m in a good relationship and work a lot.

In the end, Scarlett considered marriage again, giving it another go in 2014 when she wed French writer Romain Dauriac. Once again, nothing about their covert nuptials in Philipsburg, Montana, nor any pictures from the event were ever made public.

Scarlett allowed herself to be photographed with Romain occasionally, unlike her marriage to Ryan. After dating for nine months, they made their red carpet debut at the Venice Film Festival in September 2013. It was there that Scarlett first flashed her Art Deco engagement ring.

Rose Dorothy Dauriac, Scarlett and Romain’s only child was born on August 30, 2014, almost a month before their wedding on October 1. Scarlett, a native of New York, and Romain, who lives in Paris, split in 2017 because they could not make their marriage work.

Scarlett had a thriving love life throughout the intervals between her marriages, dating men like Jared Leto, Sean Penn, and others. However, it seems from her marriage to Colin that she has finally met The One, so her dating days are probably past.

1. JACK ANTONOFF
When the two were students at the Professional Children’s School in New York City from 2001 to 2002, Scarlett and Jack were each other’s high school sweethearts. Even the Avengers actor was invited to the prom by Taylor Swift’s frequent partner!

2. JARED LETO
In 2004, Scarlett and Jared had a short romance. She was seen kissing the actor on the lips as his eyes were distracted to the mobile phone in his hand behind her back in a famous paparazzi snap.

3. JOHN Hartnett
After meeting on the Black Dahlia set in 2006, Josh and Scarlett started dating. Before splitting up in 2007, they dated for more than a year. After their breakup, Josh told the Mirror UK, “In the end, we’re just regular people, and it didn’t work.”

4. RYAN REYNOLDS
After a year of discreet courtship, Scarlett married fellow actor Ryan on September 27, 2008, in his home British Columbia. The couple avoided being shown together at all costs and was well known for being secretive about their union. Additionally, they baulked from discussing one another in interviews. Ryan and Scarlett separated in 2010 and then divorced in 2011.

A year after divorcing Scarlett, Ryan then wed actress Blake Lively on September 9, 2012. They still maintain a happy marriage now and have three young girls. Ryan and Blake like standing together on red carpets and exchanging silly Instagram images, in contrast to his ultra-private marriage to Scarlett.

Scarlett said in an interview with Gwyneth Paltrow’s “Goop” podcast in April 2023 that she and her ex-husband “weren’t married very long” but added, “He’s a good guy.”

5. SEEN PENN
In the midst of her split from Ryan Reynolds in 2011, Scarlett had a brief but passionate relationship with the considerably older actor and campaigner, Sean Penn. They first appeared together when they both went to Reese Witherspoon’s wedding to Jim Toth in March 2011.

The politically engaged couple dressed to the nines at the White House Correspondents Dinner in May a few months later. The two allegedly passionately made out while dinner was being served, and President Barack Obama was there. A month later, their brief relationship came to an end because Sean, according to rumours, was not looking for a long-term partner.

6. NATE NAYLOR
For a year, Scarlett dated New York City advertising executive Nate Naylor instead of dating actors. In October 2011, after getting to know one other via mutual acquaintances, they started dating. Scarlett described her experience dating a non-famous person to Vogue in April 2012. It’s just strange, she remarked. It’s going to be a lot more of an adjustment for him than it was for me when I was 19, I mean. However, he is incredibly decent about it. The two parted ways in October 2012 after realising their love wasn’t meant to be.

7. ROMAIN DAURIAC

Since her next relationship would be with a person who was also not well-known, Scarlett must have loved having a taste of dating a non-celebrity. Early in 2013, she started dating French journalist Romain Dauriac. The pair had been engaged by September of that year. Rose Dorothy Dauriac was born to the couple on August 30, 2014. Shortly later, on October 1 of same year, they were married in a small ceremony in Montana.

In the end, it was clear that the two were from different worlds since Romain regularly shown extreme discomfort when being photographed with Scarlett at Hollywood functions. The couple split in 2017 because Scarlett’s home base in New York City and his life in Paris were incompatible. (Scarlett Johansson’s Love History)
